Hello, I'm David Rosen, Convene Chair and Founder of Progress Rose “Beyond Boundaries Success Coaching.” It's my honor to share my journey and passion for empowering individuals and teams to transcend their perceived limitations. In this era of profound change, I am witnessing an emerging force of compassionate marketplace leaders dedicated to making our world a better place. My journey
Bringing over 30 years of experience in healthcare, with leadership roles spanning non-profit organizations, home health care, and substance abuse programs, my tenure as the co-owner with my wife Terri and CEO of four Griswold Home Care franchise offices stands as a significant milestone. To this day, all our offices continue to thrive under the excellent leadership team's guidance, delivering over 150,000 hours of care annually and enabling seniors to age in place with dignity and honor.
What has Shaped my Heart?
Through years of ministerial journeys and serving as a registered nurse across diverse cultures, as well as fostering connections with indigenous communities worldwide, these experiences have not only cultivated empathy within me but also ignited an unwavering commitment to Servant Leadership, Stewardship, viewing my work as an expression of worship. They have kindled a fire within me, fueling my passion to inspire and coach leaders driven by a mutual desire to effect impactful change, both locally and globally
