About Jason
Jason serves as the president of Calvary Christian Academy. Under his leadership, the school has grown from one campus to four campuses (Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, North Miami, and Boynton Beach). This school system of over 3200 students also represents a $48MM business with over 650 employees. It is the largest of its kind in the nation.
Jason is also the founder and director of a networking organization which has helped thousands of professionals and paraprofessionals to develop meaningful connections in which they are able to invest in others and be developed themselves. The annual conference for this organization has over 2000 in-person attendees from multiple states.
Jason has always had a heart to help CEOs and business owners to grasp their potential impact for God’s kingdom as they lead their employees, interact with clients and customers, and develop organizations that can accomplish good in their part of the world. In addition to his work with Convene, Jason leads a monthly group of CEOs and business owners who want to grow in this understanding and practice.
Jason serves as a coach for the Herzog Foundation with his area of coaching focusing on developing organizational culture and leading people. He is also called upon to provide guidance to other leaders in all areas of organizational health.
Jason has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 31 years. They have three children, Willow who is 23 and is a graduate student, Maya who is 20 and a junior in college, and Remi, who is 11 and is at Calvary Christian Academy’s Fort Lauderdale campus.

Meeting Format
Jason’s Convene group will meet once a month in person (8:00-3:00). The agenda will include: a devotional, business learning/concept, and three issues/opportunities facing the various Members. In addition, Jason will meet with each Member monthly for a one-hour coaching/advisory session.
