My passion is centered on Mentoring CEOs as a Trusted Advisor through Business Coaching, Discipleship; Pastoring CEOs, Business Owners, and Emerging Leaders through the process of growth, growing your business and growing in relationship with Jesus.
As a seasoned entrepreneur myself, I am passionate about helping my clients and Convene Members create organizations and environments that allow people and organizations to succeed and grow, resulting in revenue, bottom line and interpersonal improvement.
As a Mentor to CEOs and a Convene Chair, I bring over 45 years of success directing multi-faceted business units, with a heart for God and a unique blend of skills and a proven record of achieving results.
Community outreach is high on my agenda and have volunteered to serve many non-profit organizations. Currently I serve as Vice Chair of CityServe of the Tri-Valley and previously as Board President of the Tri-Valley Learning Corporation, Board member of The Floor Covering Installation Contractors Association, Just Say Y.E.S. Foundation, Shiloh Christian Fellowship, Global Education Partnership, and as a teacher of Biblical Studies at the college level. I currently serve as an Elder and credentialed minister at Celebration Christian Center.
My wife Sue and I live in Pleasanton, California. We have raised four children, we are now actively participating in and speaking into the lives of our nine grand- children. My primary hobby is golf and I love spending time with Sue and the family.
