Brian Thatcher has 31 years of experience working with Christian CEOs.
He founded Convene in 1996. As the Southern California Chair of Convene, he led Convene CEO teams for last 21 years. Brian has worked with hundreds of CEOs, presidents and business owners in making decisions that aligned with scripture and best business practices for both their lives and businesses. The execution of these principles developed their faith commitment and the profitability of their companies simultaneously.
Brian’s ability to stimulate the integrations and application of biblical principles into daily practices has transformed CEOs’ lives, their businesses and their service to the community locally and globally. For the last couple of decades Brian mentored 25+ mid-market Christian CEOs with an average of $15+ million in revenue.
Presently, he is taking the Convene mission to Asia for Christ’s Great Commission. He lives in Northern Thailand and Southern California. He travels in several countries in Asia and has a Key Leaders Groups in Singapore.
Brian holds degrees in economics and theology, as well as a certification in financial planning. He received the Governor General Gold Medal for Academic Excellence at the Master’s Level, the highest academic award given by the Lt. Governor of Canada in 1988. He was ordained by Rick Warren at Saddleback Church in 1991.
