Andy’s passion and experience is that of an executive coach with years of experience in ownership and leadership in business. What’s of prime importance to him is a personal relationship with Christ and how to integrate that into everyday thinking, judgments about the business, and leadership of people. Andy wants to help leaders who must organize, direct others, delegate, and sell their ideas to others at a high level of abstraction – to hold steady with their faith and allow Christ to steer the ship, even when under pressure.
As a Convene Chair in the Phoenix area, Andy is passionate about helping Christian CEO’s and business owners grow profitably, increase their leadership impact using peer-to-peer collaboration, and discover how God can use them as leaders through one-to-one coaching. Andy is supported in this effort by his wife Nancy. Together, they have two children and four grandchildren.
Andy’s passion is to help Christian business leaders apply their faith, not only at work but also as a path to achieve balance between work and family, a strong and vital marriage, as well as leadership in the community, and the local church. Some simple outcomes of many group members have been improved use of time, clarity of purpose, more engaged employees, improved equity position, newfound excitement about their business, and much more.
Andy is on a journey to help Christian business leaders integrate their faith with their work. Since 2003, he has led a variety of franchise owners using peer-to-peer groups. These owners and CEO’s had from 100 to 500 employees each. Many of these CEO’s and owners made conscious decisions to take a Biblical view of their business and allow God to drive it to the marketplace. Andy sees peer-to-peer Convene Advisory groups, core business assessments, executive coaching, and high impact speakers as the best combination of tools for marketplace Christian leaders.
Andy Beal’s experience coaching business owners and CEO’s spans the last 30 years. He is exceptional at growing businesses. Andy began his business career as a franchise owner with ServiceMaster and built his first business from scratch to over $500,000. He took on and led the turnaround of a struggling lawn care distributor business at $150,000 per year and built it to over $2 million. After selling these businesses, he grew a corporate service line from $250 million to $330,000 million annually, while reporting to the President of a multi-billion-dollar company. Andy has been there at every level, from the job site to the board room. Andy is a Six Sigma Black Belt and 4DX coach.
