In 2008, after 5 consecutive years of 40% annualized compounded growth, Jim and his partners successfully sold AH to a publicly held, Fortune 500 Company, where he remained president for one year preceding the successful launch of Kingdom Partner Solutions, LLC (KPS). KPS is a California-based boutique consulting firm, founded by Jim on January 1, 2010 to assist Christian business entrepreneurs and owners with growth strategies, a proven execution management system, and executive level coaching.
Jim has served and continues to remain highly active and engaged today in his community and the world through board-level participation for a number of groups including: CSULB College of Business Administration Dean’s Advisory Board (2006 Distinguished Alumnus), Long Beach Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Forest Home Foundation and Ministry Boards, Governing Council of the Ukleja Center for Ethical Leadership in conjunction with the CSULB Foundation, Biola University President’s Campaign Cabinet, and the Center for Faithwalk Leadership Board of Directors.
Jim resides in Long Beach, California where he lives with his wife of 31 years, Sheri, with whom he has three adult children. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma (BBA) and California State University, Long Beach (MBA), Jim is an avid Oklahoma Sooners football and Los Angeles Kings ice hockey fan. He also enjoys playing golf and spending weekends on the lake or slopes in Big Bear Lake, California where he and his family own a vacation home.
