Convene is a venue that allows me to steward well the experiences, education, gifts, talents, and abilities entrusted to me and to help Christian CEOs and those who run businesses grow thriving companies rooted in biblical principles, maintain healthy family-life-business rhythms, and grow in their faith walks so that they might steward well all that has been entrusted to them for the advancement of the Kingdom of God.
With a business degree from Taylor University and a Master of Divinity degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, the integration of faith and business comes naturally to me. With leadership development training reaching back before I earned the rank of Eagle Scout in 1995, I am uniquely equipped to help you think about leadership, faith, and business. Experience in church, parachurch, and business leadership has allowed me to gain perspective on the unique challenges each of these organizations face and how they can learn from one another.
I work with Christian business owners, ministry leaders, and CEOs like you to grow your businesses on a Biblical foundation for success and significance so that you might reap a bountiful reward. Along the way, we break through profitability and growth plateaus, overcome isolation, create a more effective organization, help employees flourish, develop a higher quality of life, and increase Kingdom impact.
My team
My online team, with members from all over the country, meets twice a month (2nd and 4th Tuesdays, 2-4 p.m. Central). As Chair of this group, I’m responsible for leading a genuine, engaging, and effective meeting so that everyone gets a significant return on their investment of time and money.
