Todd’s purpose has always been to develop Christ-like servant leaders. His philosophy is that focusing on Biblical principles provides the best foundation for excellence in our leadership.
Todd has over 30 years of experience as a business owner and CEO and has spent more than 27 years in CEO Peer Groups through both the Vistage and Convene organizations. Having been coached by two of the best CEO Peer Group Chairs, Larry Cassidy and Jeff Abbott, Todd has a passion for coaching excellence. His desire to develop Christ-like servant leaders through personal development was born from his experiences in business and as a member of Vistage and Convene. He is motivated to see those he helps grow personally into the best leader they can be.
Before embarking on a coaching career, Todd was CEO of Pro-Line Racing, an $18 million consumer brand manufactured in Southern California. He began as an employee of the company (grossing under $1 million), and over a ten-year period navigated buying the business. Over the years Todd doubled sales four times while developing a strong vision. He consistently implemented a one-page strategic plan, developed a great team culture of execution, drove the profitability through key indicators and consistently outperformed the competition. In 2020 Todd sold the company and committed two years to transition and integrate his powerful team into the buyer’s organization.
Todd graduated from Westmont College with a degree in Business Economics, and has an MBA from the University of Redlands. For over 40 years he has thought a lot about how to improve businesses, his own and others. He serves on several non-profit boards including Redlands Christian Schools, Westmont College, and C.S. Lewis Foundation. Todd and his wife have been married for over 30 years and have launched their four grown children. He attends High Pointe Church where he is involved in leading men into deeper relationships with Jesus and one another.
