About Craig
Craig is an Executive Coach, Speaker, and Consultant. Over the past 30+ years, Craig has coached, mentored, and trained over 10,000 people in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. In March 2016, Craig launched Huston Consulting Group to help leaders develop their leadership and communication skills, develop leaders in their organizations, and inspire their people. Before stepping into coaching on a full-time basis, Craig had almost two decades of Fortune 100 leadership experience and over a decade of not-for-profit leadership experience with his local church and the South Florida affiliate of the National Christian Foundation. Craig is a certified coach, DISC Consultant, Master Facilitator, Predictive Index consultant, and has significant Lean Systems and Total Quality experience.
Craig is passionate about Convene for several reasons: the focus on helping owners and key leaders achieve exceptional business performance and leverage that performance for the Kingdom; the quality of the Convene team; the commitment of the team to the Convene mission; the opportunity to use his gifts, talents, experience and calling to serve business leaders in a powerful way; impacting and adding value to people who will add value to others.
He and his wife, Madelyn, have been married for 32 years and have lived in South Florida for the past 26 years. They have two grown children, Geoff and Matt. Matt and his wife, Miriam, live in Southern California, and Geoff lives in Boston. Craig is a licensed private pilot, loves all things aviation, enjoys photography, hiking, the mountains, and a good round of golf.

Meeting Format
Craig’s Convene group will meet once a month, in person (subject to local restrictions and Member comfort level), at clubs and resorts in the greater Fort Lauderdale area. Meetings in 2021 will occur from 9 AM - 4 PM on the first Wednesday of each month (the second Wednesday in April, July, and September). Each meeting includes impactful devotions, insightful and thought-provoking content, powerful group discussions, and time for Members to share and receive valuable feedback on your organization's opportunities, issues, and challenges. In addition, Craig will meet virtually with each Member monthly for a one-hour coaching/advisory session. Finally, Members will have the option to meet for one social gathering/retreat each year.
