Born and raised in Germany, I built my career as a mechanical engineer in the automotive industry, dedicating nearly three decades to technical sales and program management. This journey included managing international projects with global suppliers and overseeing a $100 million annual sales account as a program manager. My expertise with suppliers and customers on all five continents gave me a strong foundation in business excellence and global leadership.

When I left the corporate world to start my own real estate investment business, I encountered the unique challenges that come with owning my own business. Networking with other small business owners revealed we shared similar struggles—working excessive hours, feeling isolated in decision-making, and struggling to maintain balance.

My transformation began when I engaged a certified high-performance coach through Brendon Burchard's organization. This experience fundamentally changed my approach to business, helping me become more focused and confident while improving my performance without burnout. Recognizing the power of this process, I pursued the same certification, becoming a Certified High Performance Coach equipped to support professionals and business owners.

My first coaching client—a business owner generating $3 million in sales but experiencing burnout, health issues, and family strain—validated this approach. Through our work together, he quadrupled his business to $12 million annually while actually working fewer hours than before.

As a Christian with over 40 years of Bible study, I've always integrated spiritual growth with personal development. This perspective influenced my coaching and led to the publishing of my book, "Letting Go Saved My Life," which also became the subject of a TEDx talk.

My volunteer work with Branches Worldwide allowed me to mentor Christian business leaders globally, helping them implement redemptive business models that create excellent company cultures and meaningful community impact. Currently mentoring leaders in Kenya, South Africa, and Romania, I've refined my ability to help Christian business owners work "on" their businesses rather than just "in" them.
