Extensive experience in leadership, consulting, facilitating, learning design, and coaching have prepared him to help leaders clarify their visions and bring them to life. For one of the largest consulting firms in the world, Jim launched and lead local, regional, national, and international businesses as large as $100M with full responsibility for marketing, sales, delivery, and P&L. Later, Jim helped found the first and only national, internet-driven company providing ice machines to commercial businesses on a full-service basis and had responsibility for creating its national network of sales and service licensees as it grew to be the largest in the country.
