Fiscal performance and executive decision-making go hand in hand. Key Performance Indicators (KPls) like revenue, gross margin, operating income, cash, quick capital, key ratios, and the cash conversion cycle along with other important metrics are measured. Data is presented in trailing 12-month (Tl 2M) charts, which provide the truest picture of what is going on in your company, historically, currently and prospectively. The idea behind the financial dashboard is to provide a concise view of business performance so you get the information you need at a glance to drive the business forward.

The goal of this assessment piece is to help you identify what is holding you back from solving key business issues, discern which are your top three challenges, and commit to pursuing them.
The process allows you to identify the areas you are most dissatisfied with, determine which of those have the greatest impact on your overall ability to achieve your desired goals, and then develop a game plan to improve performance.
