For more than 30 years I have helped leaders better understand their organizations, their constituents, and their world, so they can achieve their missions. I’ve led research, collaborative initiatives, and strategic planning on behalf of for-profit firms and some of the largest nonprofits in the world. Clients have benefited from my ability to see the whole of their business from an outside perspective, make meaning from large amounts of data, and to know what to do next.
My firm, Outsight Network, is a platform where leaders can find the resources they need to accomplish their visions. My greatest hope is that everyone I work with is doing more of what the world most needs them to do, whether they lead a firm, a nonprofit, or are a part of an Outsight Network project team.
I’ve served on the boards of multiple for-profit businesses and nonprofit ministries, and have launched several startups, both on my own and in partnership with clients. These experiences have given me an in-depth understanding of what it takes to grow a thriving organization.
I have a music degree from Wheaton College which honed my listening skills, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee which sharpened my strategy skills and did graduate work in creative writing at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which helps me communicate truth with grace.
My husband, Don, and I recently celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary. We have four grown sons and a dog named Ranger, who has promised to never grow up and move away from home.
