In addition Bud spent over 25 years as owner and president in a family owned construction business and material supply company. As president of the business he led the companies to growth, and strategic positioning that eventually led to the successful divestiture of his construction related companies.
Bud’s passion is to coach, equip, and challenge business owners and leaders to see the possibilities, unleash the potential and achieve with Kingdom purpose all God has destined them for.
Bud has served in leadership roles in community, nonprofit, and ministry organizations throughout the years.
Bud with his wife Sylvia reside in Mount Joy, PA and are parents of three adult aged daughters.
