Paul is originally from Worcester, Massachusetts, a town outside of Boston in New England. After graduating from high school, he headed to the Midwest to attend The Ohio State University (Buckeyes) for his undergraduate degree. Later in his career, Paul had the opportunity to attend Duke Business School, as well as Harvard Business School near his hometown in Cambridge, Massachusetts, for post-graduate studies. In 1981 he moved to Orange County, California, where he currently resides with his beautiful wife Margaret in Laguna Niguel. They are blessed with five adult children & nine grandchildren.
Paul Chairs 3 Convene teams (2 CEO teams and a Key Leader / C-Suite team) in Orange County, CA. He is also an active member of Convene’s Executive Leadership team at their home office in Yorba Linda, CA. Paul oversees new Chair Orientation and the Chair Coaches team, in an effort to assist Convene Chairs with the launch of their own local teams located throughout the United States.
Paul began his professional career in the corporate world of the pharmaceutical industry, where he spent 25 years with four Fortune 100 companies in a variety of leadership roles within Business Development, Sales, and Marketing, as well as Strategic Alliances & Partnerships.
In 2009 Paul retired from the corporate world to pursue his entrepreneurial desires. He founded “Newport Beach Vacation Properties” which grew to be the largest luxury vacation rental company in Newport Beach, CA. Paul and his wife Margaret were blessed to be in a position to sell their company, giving Paul the opportunity to pursue his calling to full-time ministry.

After retiring from pharma, Paul served as a volunteer leader for 10 years within the men’s ministry of Saddleback Church, eventually becoming the Men’s Ministry Director at Saddleback’s regional campus in San Juan Capistrano, CA. This experience at Saddleback Church prepared Paul well for his next role as the Men’s Pastor on staff at Mariners Church in Irvine, California. Paul is currently an elder at Mariners.
Convene has been a wonderful vehicle for God to use Paul to live out his special calling and privilege to coach and develop Christian leaders in the marketplace

Paul has a real passion for helping people identify their areas of gifting, discovering their dreams, and then developing plans to achieve those dreams.
