Who joins ConveneTM?
Convene members include Christian CEOs, Presidents and Business Owners. All members have completed the application, been interviewed and invited to join.
They typically are leaders who:
- value learning, growth, and have a desire to seek wise business counsel from successful peers;
- want to build their lives and business on the solid foundation of God's principles;
- desire to leverage proven tools and processes to accelerate their growth;
- want confidentiality and a safe environment to work on real challenges and opportunities;
- have the humility to acknowledge they don't have it all together;
- are willing to accept others in grace and, at the same time, speak the truth;
- desire supportive accountability from trusted peers and are also willing to reciprocate;
- want to finish strong and leave a legacy that honors God, their families, friends and business associates.
The following are requirements for Convene membership. Applicants must:
- Be the CEO, president, business owner, partner, managing director or equivalent;
- Lead an organization focused on achieving goals through tens, hundreds or thousands of team members;
- Commit to confidentiality, candid communication and active participation;
- Interview with a Convene Chair to mutually determine a fit for Convene and a specific group.
- Be invited to join the group.
