Joe considers his role as Convene Chair a true calling and intersection of his God-given passion, talent and experience. 40 years of business practice in the construction and real estate development industries along with a graduate degree in Theology have formed him for this role.
Joe has unique experience successfully navigating the nuances and dynamics common to partnerships and family businesses. His entrepreneurial roles have given him broad exposure to the complexity of business ownership and growth. He is a champion of healthy leadership, team communication, and values-driven culture. Joe’s giftedness is facilitating healthy and productive dialogue among partners, management teams, and Boards.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters in Practical Theology from the University of San Diego. He and his wife, Frannie, have three grown daughters, two of them married, and three grandsons.

CHAIRING
Chairing allows me to facilitate a group of like-minded Christian business owners to encourage, instruct and counsel each other in an environment of grace and truth. It also allows me to work with individual members on strategic planning for both life and business, discussing opportunities and obstacles along the way.
COACHING
Coaching allows me to help clients articulate their dreams and vision, putting them into action plans. It helps them move from what is today to what could be in the future. My role is to provide clarity, encouragement, and accountability throughout the journey.
