Convene^TM Chair Profile

Convene Chairs are catalysts, coaches and confidantes. They're the leaders of leaders – mission-minded professionals who are well-compensated for playing a rigorous and rewarding role in the lives of our members.

To be a successful Convene Chair, candidates are carefully considered on the following criteria:

• Experience as a CEO, president, business owner, or other high-ranking executive (COO, Division President, etc.)
• The spiritual maturity to articulate, interpret and frame biblical concepts in the context of business.
• A humility that demonstrates a desire to continue learning alongside the group.
• A passion for the marketplace as a mission field.
• Excellent communication, listening and facilitation skills.
• An executive presence to interact with high impact CEOs and Business Owners.
• An ability to equip and engage others, without "fixing the problem for them."
• The skill to hold others accountable in positive and productive ways.
• The ability to serve 1-3 Convene Teams^TM of up to 16 people each.
• A well-established personal business network in their community.
• A desire to identify, attract and enlist new members who will contribute value to the Convene Community^TM.
