Convene CommunityTM is an intangible benefit that yields tremendous returns for those interested in sharing resources and "doing life" with people who share their values, are committed to building better businesses, and want to see God at work.

CEOs and Business Owners don't join Convene because they're looking for friends, but over time our members frequently report that some of their closest personal relationships are with other Convene members.

Benefits of the Convene Community include:

  • Deep Confidential Relationships: Most CEOs don't have any place where they can be authentic, accepted and go to "unload" with people who understand what they're going through. Isolation can be a regular, recurring and disheartening foe. Convene neutralizes this "lonely at the top" feeling. Deep, trusting relationships are formed through the Convene environment and the Holy Spirit's work.
  • Timely Access to Resources: As situations and questions arise throughout the month, you'll have access to your fellow Convene TeamTM members to get their input, counsel, resource recommendations and prayer. Like a police SWAT team attacking a critical situation, when a major issue can't wait until the Forum Day for action, many times fellow Convene members get together for a SWAT session to help the member resolve the issue.
  • Spiritual Connection: It's common for Convene Team members to be praying specifically for one another's business and family. It's great to know your peers are praying for you...and it's a faith building experience to see God answer our collective prayers.
  • Camaraderie: While Convene members are serious about tackling important challenges, exploiting profitable opportunities, and becoming better leaders, there's a healthy mix of laughter and fun along the way. We love to get important things done, and enjoy ourselves as we're doing it.
  • Social Fun: While social events are optional, many Convene members enjoy time with one another so much that they get together for dinners, family barbeques, fun events and annual retreats with their spouses. It's a blessing to "do life" with like-minded people.

"If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up!" Ecclesiastes 4:10

"Therefore encourage one another and build each other up." 1 Thessalonians 5:11a
